Wallace Michael Jones

Wallace Michael Jones, a beloved husband, father, friend, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle was born on March 4, 1956, in the beautiful surrounds of Belize. His vibrant spirit and unwavering kindness touched the lives of many, making the world just a little brighter during his time here.

After living a life filled with love and dedication, Wallace peacefully departed this world on June 24, 2025, at Holy Cross Germantown. He leaves behind an enduring legacy that will forever resonate in the hearts of those he cherished.

Wallace was the devoted husband of Linda Jones, whose love and partnership were the cornerstone of his life. Together they navigated life’s journeys, building a family and creating countless memories that will be passed down through generations. His unwavering support and gentle spirit made him not only a loving partner but also a source of strength for Linda.

He was a proud father to Aisha, Kenya, Michael, Georgia, Carla, and Jason Jones. Each of his children held a special place in his heart, and his encouragement and guidance instilled in them the values of compassion, integrity, and hard work. Wallace took great joy in watching them grow, celebrating their successes, and being there for them during challenging times. His laughter and wisdom will be sorely missed, yet they will carry forward his lessons and love throughout their lives.

Wallace is also remembered fondly by his siblings, having shared laughter and memories with them throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hortance Morris, his father Benjamin Jones and his brothers, Michael G. Jones and Howard Jones. He leave behind a wife, children, siblings, grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, and a host of neices and nephews. Their love and the cherished moments spent together have left an indelible mark on his heart, as he often reminisced about the bonds they created.

As we reflect on Wallace's life, we remember a man marked by his kindness, his gentle nature, and his extraordinary ability to connect with others. He was a friend to many, always ready with an encouraging word or a comforting embrace. His warmth will be felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
